RETURN POLICY

PRE-ORDER

For selected groups of styles on MSELLE.COM.AU, that are not immediately available for sale but will be available in the future, MSELLE may provide customers with the option to place a Pre-Order for these items. When a customer makes a Pre-Order, MSELLE will provide an estimated shipping/availability date, which may be subject to variations. Once the item arrives in our warehouse and becomes available, we will process and ship your order. At this point, you will receive a shipping notification via email and your credit card will be charged. If the item does not become available at the communicated shipping/availability date, we will notify you via email. You will be apprised of the order status and given the opportunity to cancel the order, or to agree to a future delivery date.

For all Pre-Orders, a credit card will be the only accepted form of payment. MSELLE will verify the credit card’s validity at the time of order, but the card will not be charged until the item has shipped.

THE GRADUAL RE-OPENING OF THE BOUTIQUE

We are pleased to let you know that we are gradually and carefully re-opening our boutique. To ensure the safety of our community and to adhere to local authority procedures, we are implementing new in-store protocols. Our employees will receive training and guidelines on how best to work during this situation and will be wearing personal protective equipment such as masks and gloves. Social distancing will be practised in our boutiques and all surfaces will be cleaned and sanitised regularly; hygiene kits will also be made available.

Personalised Shopping

Sanitising Products
Hand sanitised will be made available to all clients. We kindly ask that you use the cleaning stations at the entrance to the boutique to sanitise your hands as you enter.

* ALTERNATIVE SHIPPING ADDRESS
The MSELLE Online Store provides the possibility to select a different Shipping Address from the Billing Address. That makes it easy to comfortably send an order to an office address or a friend.
* CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
For technical reasons, it is not possible to change your order once it has been confirmed or shipped.
All items purchased at the MSELLE Online Store can be returned within 30 days. In case you need further support, our Customer Care will be happy to provide assistance
* PACKAGING
Depending on the product purchased, your order will be wrapped or packed in MSELLE garment bags, boxes or dustbags.
MSELLE RENTAL OUTFIT OR COSTUME products will only be packed in MSELLE cotton bags if the gift wrapping option is selected, otherwise, they will be wrapped in the standard packing paper.
Your order will be shipped in a neutral box to protect your shipment from robbery.
* INSURANCE
MSELLE insures all items against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit until it is delivered to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery or make a note when signing for its receipt that you are accepting a damaged box.

* PROMOTIONS
Promotion Codes can be redeemed during the checkout process, simply enter your code into the coupon field found in the Shopping Bag.

* SHIPPING COSTS AND TIME
We are currently unable to accept orders for delivery to Ukraine, Belarus and Russia due to our carrier partners suspending service to the country. As soon as this suspension is removed we will resume service and again accept orders. For additional information please contact our Customer Care.

Orders are usually shipped within 3– 7 working days.
Orders ship from our warehouse on business days (excluding national holidays); a signature is required for a successful delivery.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and the respective tracking number. All items that you can see in the MSELLE Online Store are in stock, however, single sizes and/or colors can already be sold out as we only stock an exclusive amount of items. In case your desired size and/or color are not available at the moment, you can leave your e-mail address to be notified when they are eventually back in stock.

REPAIRS SERVICE

If a product shows signs of defects or is damaged within 24 months of an online purchase, the product can be returned. Sunglasses are classified as faulty where a manufacturing fault occurs within 24 months of the date of purchase. Please note that sunglasses that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
